Ever How You Wan't It
One of the most common questions we get would be, "What style barbecue is it ?"
We would like to say Virginia style, but
that doesn't really answer the question, as VA is not known for a particular style.
Our barbecue is slow smoked and pulled.
It then goes through the final process, which includes
apple juice, balsamic vinegar, our own honey mustard sauce, and a slow simmer.
The
result is a slightly sweet and smoky flavor
that we believe is very hard to beat.
