This tangy sauce is one of the key ingredients in our barbecue. A lot of people associate this flavor with Middle
and Western Carolina. It is also great on chicken.
Carolina Mild Sauce
This is a mild version of a Carolina Vinegar Sauce. Careful though, it still packs some heat. Perfect as a
mopping sauce for the grill and great on pork or chicken.
Carolina Heat
This is a kicked up version of a Carolina Vinegar Sauce. Guaranteed to warm you up. Perfect
