There was no need to strive for greatness here. The reason for this was that the Hallowvillonians were all special all unto themselves. Each one was great. Each had everything that desired and all was entirely well in the tiny and secluded village of Hallowville.

Once every year, there came a day that was very special indeed. On this day, all of the ancestors of Hallowville were paid homage to and the entire village celebrated and laughed about the dead. This was unusual to other so called normal people; however, for the villagers of Hallowville, it simply made perfect sense for each and every dead relative to receive honor and praise for living in Hallowville. The celebrations were intense and pumpkins from the rich and fertile fields arrived via the farmers at Hallowville and were decorated by everyone to show honor and praise.

The food of Hallowville was unique as well. Delicacies of all kinds were made available and cooked on a very unique and inspired barbeque grill. These grills were special. You see, in Hallowville, the weather started getting cold and wet during the Hallowville special day. Therefore, the usual way to cook outdoors was almost impossible. This will be a presentation about the steps involved from choosing a great steak for grilling to the finished process of my EATING it! All of the information contained within this article is true and factual, and none of the players involved received any type of compensation other than one of the best meals that have ever had in their life. Choosing the Products

  1. We chose the Pampered Chef Indoor Outdoor Grill for our greatest barbeque ever. Why did we do this you might ask? For one very sound reason. It is just the Best Barbeque Grill on the market today. It cooks amazing meals indoors or out. The cooking surfaces are heavy plated steel and aluminum, all coated with baked on enamel. The heating element cooks on a wide range of settings and the best feature of all is that there is almost NO smoke while cooking indoors!   2. We chose the steaks and sausage that were cooked for this demonstration. We chose the T-Bone cut from Sam's Club here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The reason that we chose Sam's was the fact that they simply have the best cuts of meat from anyone else we have traded with in Tulsa, or anywhere else. The meat is fresh, packed and wrapped well, and in line with prices of anyone anywhere. The quality of the meat in this T-Bone was what we were after, and if you saw the leftovers from this wonderful meal, you would be surprised. There were none! Just the bone remained! That is the quality of Sam's Club meat each and every time that we purchase it.

  3. The other selections of salad makings, dressings, potatoes for baking and the homemade marinade were also purchased from Sam's Club. We simply get the best deals there!

Setting Up The Barbeque Grill

One of the great things about setting this grill up is that it takes less than a minute. As you can see, we placed our grill on the stove top of our oven. This makes sense as the grill does get quite hot during use. There is almost no cleanup under the grill, so the stovetop was the perfect spot for indoor grilling. Other than taking the top off and plugging in the heating element and pre-heating, that is just all there is to it. Understand now why we call it The Barbeque Grill?

Steak Preparation

Preparing the T-Bone Steak was a snap as well. Just a little sale, pepper, Worcestershire Sauce and a small amount of garlic powder, and the steak was ready to be grilled. We just placed the Hillshire Farms Sausage on the grill as is and it is superb grilled as well. Cook time was less than 15 minutes and here was the end result, of the cooking anyway...LOL!

History of the Barbeque Grill

The First Barbeque Grill?

Perhaps Claudius, our favorite caveman in the picture is using the very first barbeque grill. If you buy into the Darwin theory of evolution, then this picture may surely represent one of the very first barbeque grills known to man. If you do not buy all of that guessing game, then surely, a more concrete explanation and history of the barbeque grill comes to us from Wikipedia.org

The Barbeque Grill has existed in the USA since pre-Colonial times. The Arawak people of South America roasted meat on a wooden structure called a barbacoa in Spanish. For centuries, the term barbacoa referred to the wooden structure and not the act of grilling, but it was eventually modified to "barbecue". It was also applied to the pit-style cooking techniques now frequently used in the southeastern United States. Barbecue was originally used to slow-cook hogs; however, different ways of preparing food led to regional variations. Over time, other foods were cooked in a similar fashion, with hamburgers and hot dogs being recent additions.

Edward G. Kingsford invented the modern charcoal briquette.[6] Kingsford was a relative of Henry Ford who assigned him the task of establishing a Ford auto parts plant and sawmill in northern Michigan, a challenge that Kingsford embraced. The local community grew and was named Kingsford in his honor. Kingsford noticed that Ford's Model T production lines were generating a large amount of wood scraps that were being discarded. He suggested to Ford that a charcoal manufacturing facility be established next to the assembly line to process and sell charcoal under the Ford name at Ford dealerships. Several years after Kingsford's death, the chemical company was sold to local businessmen and renamed the Kingsford Chemical Company.

George Stephen created the iconic hemispherical grill design, jokingly called "Sputnik" by Stephen's neighbors. Stephen, a welder, worked for Weber Brothers Metal Works, a metal fabrication shop primarily concerned with welding steel spheres together to make buoys. Stephen was tired of the wind blowing ash onto his food when he grilled so he took the lower half of a buoy, welded three steel legs onto it, and fabricated a shallower hemisphere for use as a lid. He took the results home and following some initial success, started the Weber-Stephen Products Company.

The gas grill was invented in the late 1930s by Don McGlaughlin, owner of the Chicago Combustion Corporation, known today as LazyMan.[8] McGlaughlin invented the first built-in grill from the successful gas broiler called BROILBURGER. These first Lazy-Man grills were marketed as "open-fire charcoal-type gas broilers" which featured "permanent coals", otherwise known as lava rock. In the 1950s, most residential households did not have a barbecue, so the term broiler was used for marketing purposes to commercial establishments. The gas open-broiler design was adapted into the first portable gas grill in 1954 by Chicago Combustion Corporation as the Model AP. McGlaughlin's portable design was the first to feature the use of the 20-lb propane cylinders, which previously were exclusively used by plumbers as a fuel source.
